Cancel your contract
You can cancel any subscription with rendra.app here. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We will confirm it to you by email.
Cancel a workspace subscription
This covers the Suite plan, add-ons and any recurring workspace charge. Open your billing settings and choose Cancel subscription:
You will be asked to sign in first, because we have to know which workspace to cancel. If you cannot sign in, use the email route below instead — it is equally valid and we treat it the same way.
Cancel by email
Send a message to hello@rendra.app stating that you wish to cancel, and include the email address you signed up with. No particular wording is required and you do not have to give a reason. We will action it and confirm in writing, including the date the contract ends.
Cancelling is not the same as deleting your data
Cancelling stops the billing. If you also want your data erased, say so — see Privacy for what we delete and what we are legally required to keep.
